We cannot hate our bodies to health.  True change begins with self-love and self-care, and knowing that no matter how your body feels, you will be there to love and support it.  Constant criticism doesn’t create an environment where your body can thrive.

While anger and hatred are natural, they’re also some of the most toxic emotions we can have when we hang on to them.  When they’re directed towards yourself they take a toll on your body.  If it’s prolonged it can lead to high blood pressure, anxiety, headaches, stress plus many more problems.

Research shows that even one five-minute episode of anger is so stressful it can impair your immune system for more than six hours!

Everyone makes mistakes – it’s not just you!

Everybody has imperfections – even if they do look amazing!

So cut yourself some slack. Notice how you speak to yourself and when you’re being just plain mean, STOP.

Show YOU some kindness and tolerance, just as you do those around you.
