Ongoing stress plays a contributing role in every single chronic disease.  It leads to insomnia, weight gain, poor memory, anxiety and depression and much more.

 

It’s unrealistic to expect to be totally stress free in today’s world.  But the extent to which stress can impact your wellness, on all levels, is completely up to you.
