✦ Create time for enough restful sleep. One of the most important factors for creating balance, and one that’s frequently overlooked, is good sleep. Often it’s seen as cause to boast when you can manage to press ahead on minimal sleep. But you need between seven to eight hours restful sleep to keep the immune system strong and body in balance.
