Dr Deepak Chopra conducted a study that found the average person has 65.000 thoughts every day.  Of these, 96% are the very same ones that they had the day before and the day before that.

Sure, we all think lots of things.  But, not much about them is new or innovative.  Most of our thoughts are the same old tired stories we run over and over, and have done all our life.

We keep running these same old stories time and time again and the actions we take in our life are dictated by these stories. As long as we run the same old thoughts our actions don’t change and neither does what happens in our life.

So it’s essential we break these old patterns and thoughts apart to create the life direction we desire.
