Dr Deepak Chopra conducted a study that found the average person has 65.000 thoughts every day.  Of these 96% of these are the very same ones that they had the day before and the day before that.

Sure we all think lots of things.  But, not much about them is new or innovative.  Most of our thoughts are the same old tired stories we run over and over.

We run these same old stories over and over and the actions we take in our life are dictated by these stories.  So it’s essential we break these apart to create our life in the new direction we desire
