Getting good, refreshing sleep depends on a number of things. One of these is electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure from TV’s, smartphones, lamps, computers, radars, hairdryers and any other electrical equipment. When you’re exposed to continuing low levels of EMR over time, such as we find in our homes, workplaces, schools and any built-up area, your ability to deal with cancer is reduced.

This is because EMR suppresses the most important anti-cancer neurotransmitter you have – MELATONIN.

One of the most important functions of melatonin is regulating the sleep/wake cycle.

But most people aren’t sleeping well because of the EMR effect caused by the impact of their technology devices (including fitbits) on their melatonin production – either by looking at them before they sleep or by having them within 50cm of their body during the night.

For better sleep start by moving all your electronic devices away from where you sleep. Place them at least 60cm away from the bed or even better, in the next room.
