Are you someone who has difficulty making decisions?

 

It’s easy to become stuck if you allow yourself to get overwhelmed by the thought of making the wrong choice and stuffing things up.  Sometimes you just have to jump right into that deep chasm and choose.

 

Before you fall down the rabbit-hole of indecision try asking yourself these questions.

✦  What am I not noticing that if perceived could alter my perspective?

✦  What will be the effect of my decision in 10 days? In 10 months? In 10 years? (Shorten the timeline for smaller issues.)

✦  What haven’t I thought of yet?

✦  Check into your body and name the options again.  Notice which of the options your body, not your thoughts, feels most comfortable with?  That’s probably the best choice you can make!
