
We think of our Shadow as the parts of ourselves we would like to disown, such as anger, jealousy, shame, inadequacy in all its forms. This is our Dark Shadow.
But we also have a light shadow – the gifts we have that we do not own or even acknowledge. This includes all the aspects of ourselves that we don’t step up and bring to the world.
To be whole again we must integrate both the Dark AND the Light Shadow we carry within.
