Every night we have the opportunity to let go of —
judgements placed,
happenings that one wishes never took place,
missed moments.
Yet no matter what may have happened the day before,
each morning the slate is wiped clean,
as if reborn.
We are given an opportunity to choose the life we want to live.
It is a gift, to awaken to another day.
