It’s located in the crease of your wrist, in the dip just beside the tiny bone. You’ll find it in line with the space between your little finger and your ring finger
Using two fingers or your finger and thumb press firmly on HT7 for a few minutes or until you feel relief.
Slow your breathing at the same time and you’ll quickly feel calm with a feeling of release and letting go.
It’s called the HT7 point because it is the 7th point on the Heart meridian. Along with calming the mind and relieving anxiety HT7 can relieve cardiac and chest pain and may even help with insomnia.
