We create our reality by choosing our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.  For that reason, when we have bad days sometimes we might wonder what we did to bring it upon ourselves.

Each moment is a new opportunity to choose our internal experience of reality, regardless of all the moments that came before it.

So when you’re feeling stuck in a rut, remember that one secret to turning it all around is stepping outside the emotion of your situation and simply observing what’s really going on, and just noticing.

And in your new awareness say to yourself “That’s interesting. I hadn’t noticed that before” rather than getting drawn into it and caught up in the drama and your emotion.  When you become aware without emotion clouding things, your thinking, beliefs and situation all suddenly begin to shift.
