There are always signs and signals around us warning us or reminding us of what is right and what is wrong, which trigger internal warning signals.  It’s important you really take notice, and if something feels wrong or uncomfortable it’s fine to retreat.  Don’t be emotionally blackmailed or put yourself into situations that do not honour your worth.  Care for yourself and listen to your gut – your intuition.
