
Affirmations serve to recalibrate the stories that dwell in our subconscious and run the beliefs that form our actions. Of course, we need to break apart the old stories and beliefs in order to create new. But by focusing our attention on the new belief we begin to reprogram our beliefs.
Too often we forget that we can make something Our Truth in an instant.
As long as we continue to see ourselves as NOT reaching that distant far-off goal of perfection we remain in judgment of ourselves, and relinquish our authentic power to our inner critic.
“I love and accept myself just the way I am”.
When we totally accept our self, not BEGIN to accept our self, but fully accept our whole self, including all the aspects of our shadow self, we break apart our limiting beliefs and reclaim our authentic power.
