Most people cannot heal on food alone.  Yes, health and wellness does require a foundation of good eating, but good eating will not necessarily solve our emotional woes or stop our limiting beliefs and toxic self-talk.

Good food certainly supports us to stay well, and toxic food loaded with chemicals or GMO based, disrupts our wellness.  But if all we focus on, in order to become healthier or maintain wellbeing on all levels is food, we’ll struggle.

Wellness is created by changing many factors.  Research into what brought sick people back from the brink revealed the majority of the changes they made had nothing to do with food, although healthier food choices was one factor.  Most of the changes that proved most consistently effective were ones that reduced stress levels and led to changes in limiting beliefs, values and thoughts.
