Through December we become so focused on giving to everyone around us.  Make sure not to lose yourself next month and wind up burnt out by the New Year.

Take even just a little time to ground and care for yourself every day – meditate, go outside into nature – even better in bare feet, book a massage, take a few minutes to read a favourite book with a cup of tea, soak in a deep bath, and most importantly go to bed early.

If you have absolutely no time to spare, stop and do 3 minutes of deep breathing.

Remind yourself, it is ok!
