You are not your emotions!

 

One of our greatest powers is to understand the nature of emotions and how creating a new reality can activate them, and then to be able to neutralise them so they don’t derail us.

We do this by understanding what emotions really are and why they’re showing up. We CAN”T do this by ‘spiritually bypassing’ them or pretending they aren’t there.

1. To master an emotional storm first realise it’s just a part of your survival mechanism responding to something that’s energetically unfamiliar.

2. Then recognise the emotion is NOT rooted in any sort of reality but simply in a pattern of past programming that’s trying to make sense of the unknown.

 

These two steps will help you neutralise any emotional turbulence that may emerge. Following them allows you to settle back into a state of profound coherence that’s essential to the creative process – without resorting to artificial manipulation by moving into ‘high vibration’.
