The USA celebrates Thanksgiving in two weeks, and while you may not celebrate this holiday in your corner of the globe, it serves to remind all of us of the value and benefits of practicing gratitude, both for ourselves and for those around us.

Heal Your Heart

A simple way to heal your heart is to practice gratitude. Intentionally focusing on feelings of gratitude and appreciation activates the energy of your heart centre and strengthens the electromagnetic field around your entire body. Not only is this really good for your health but it allows you to feel and express love, feeling vulnerable and safe at the same time.

As the energies on the planet shift, and life feels like it keeps speeding up, living from the heart is becoming more and more important. Unless we “do the work” and take that journey from our head to our heart, life will probably get more challenging and overwhelming.

Studies at the HeartMath Institute show that the heart responds to events seconds before the conscious mind is aware of them. It has its own wisdom, intuition and intelligence. It even plays a powerful role in manifesting and attracting what you want into your life. The bigger your heart field, the more quickly you manifest what you think about or focus on.
